Receive health claims securely.Share them without exposing your people.
DekkoCORE gives private health insurers one secure place to receive claim documents from members and providers, and to share them with medical advisers, hospitals and investigators. Outside parties see a consistent alias instead of your staff's names, and every view and download is recorded.
- Aliases replace staff names and email addresses
- Each person keeps the same alias
- Your own team still sees real names
- Outside parties can't see each other in the Hub
- Who sends documents
- Members, hospitals, specialists and other providers. Members need no account or app.
- How staff stay protected
- De-identified sharing shows outside parties a consistent alias instead of a staff member's name and email.
- Who you share with
- Medical advisers, hospitals and providers, investigators, lawyers and dispute teams.
- Security and hosting
- End-to-end encrypted, zero-knowledge and IRAP assessed to PROTECTED. Hosted in Australia, the US or Canada.
Receiving claims
Three ways in. One claim folder.
Members
A secure link or QR code
Send members a link for their claim, or put the QR code on your claims page. They upload from their phone, with no account or app, and see nothing but the upload page.

Hospitals and providers
A guest link, or their own account
Give a provider a guest link that opens one folder, allows uploads if you choose and always expires. Providers you work with every day get their own account instead.
Your claims team
Straight into the claim
Everything lands in the claim's folder, one folder per submission, with a report of when it arrived. Documents open in the browser, so nobody downloads a copy to read them.

Sharing
Names stop at the edge of your organisation.
Inside, everyone works with real names. Outside, every party sees aliases, sees only what's shared with it, and loses access when its share expires.

Questions
Asked by claims teams, and by privacy officers.
Claims and member services
Do members need an account or app to send claim documents?
No. They open the secure link or scan the QR code in any web browser, add their documents and an optional note, and press Submit. On a phone they can photograph paper documents as part of the submission.
How do we share files with a provider who doesn't have an account?
Use a guest link. It opens one folder without an account, always expires (between 3 days and a month), can allow uploads, and can be revoked at any time. Providers you work with regularly can have their own account instead.
Can outside parties see each other?
No. External members can't see each other in the Hub's contact list, even when they're working on the same claim.
Are member submissions verified?
Public submissions aren't tied to an account, so verify them as part of your claims process, as you would documents received by email or post.
Does DekkoCORE replace our claims system?
No. Your claims system stays the record of the claim. DekkoCORE handles the documents around it: receiving them from members and providers, and sharing them with everyone assessing the claim.
Privacy, risk and security
Can hospitals and medical advisers see our staff's names?
Not with de-identified sharing turned on. Outside parties see a consistent alias, such as Claims Team 1, and an alias email address instead of the person's real name and email. Each person keeps the same alias, so outside parties can still tell who is who.
Does our own team still see real names?
Yes. Aliases are only shown to people outside your organisation, and DekkoCORE keeps the link between each alias and the real person.
Who can open our members' health information?
Only the people you share it with, at the permission level you choose. DekkoCORE is end-to-end encrypted and zero-knowledge, so DekkoSecure itself can't read your files.
Can claim files be deleted automatically?
Yes. The data expiration policy deletes data older than the number of days you set, checked daily across your tenancy.
Where is the data stored?
DekkoCORE is hosted in-country in Australia, the United States and Canada, and is IRAP assessed for Australian government PROTECTED information.
