Operational capability

DekkoSecure brings export-controlled design data, technical documentation, program artefacts, and approvals into secure workspaces (called “Hubs”) that are purpose-built for sensitive defence collaboration. Each Hub contains the project context in one place, including files, messages, participants, and activity history. Defence primes and sub-primes can securely exchange data, collaborate on designs, route approvals, communicate via encrypted messaging, and conduct secure reviews within a single controlled environment.

This allows defence programs to operate from policy-enforced secure workspaces, rather than relying on fragmented systems, bespoke portals, or manual transfer methods across organisational boundaries.

The platform can be deployed as a fully managed cloud-based service (with data sovereignty). Encryption and key management are handled transparently by the platform, requiring no cryptographic expertise or customer-managed key orchestration. Organisational and workspace-level policies govern access, sharing, and participation, enabling consistent enforcement across primes, sub-primes, and authorised suppliers while supporting controlled external collaboration.

Use cases

Secure collaboration on ITAR and export-controlled programs

Export-controlled designs, specifications, and program materials are frequently shared between primes, sub-primes, and specialist suppliers, often under strict jurisdictional and access constraints. In practice, these exchanges rely on disconnected systems or manual processes driven by differing security controls across organisations, introducing delay, inconsistency, and operational risk.

DekkoSecure enables controlled collaboration on export-controlled program material within dedicated secure workspaces. Access is restricted to authorised individuals based on role, program membership, and need-to-know, with full auditability of activity. Because encryption and policy enforcement are inherent and simple to operate, DekkoSecure can be used consistently across supply chain partners, reducing reliance on physical media, bespoke systems, and unsecured workflows while maintaining strong export-control discipline.

Use cases

Secure exchange of design and program data across the supply chain

Defence programs often require the ongoing exchange of large volumes of design data and program material across multiple organisations. Limited visibility, inconsistent tooling, and restrictive onboarding processes commonly result in duplication, rework, and delays.

DekkoSecure supports a centralised, secure environment where program data is organised within project-specific workspaces and shared only with approved participants. External partners can be onboarded quickly through controlled invitations, while organisational and workspace policies ensure that access remains limited to authorised individuals. End-to-end encrypted distribution and full auditability enable secure collaboration without compromising export-control requirements or operational efficiency.

About DekkoSecure

DekkoSecure is an Australian technology and R&D company focused on solving one of the defence and intelligence sector’s most persistent challenges: enabling secure collaboration across organisations, supply chains, and partners without compromising security, control, or delivery tempo.

The DekkoSecure platform is purpose-built for environments handling export-controlled, highly sensitive, and mission-critical information. It allows organisations to store, share, and collaborate on protected material internally and externally while maintaining strong information assurance. Its zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted architecture ensures that only authorised users can access content, and that the vendor itself has no visibility of customer data.
