The problem

Suppliers to government often reach the end of a piece of work and find the agency won't accept it by email, file-sharing link or courier. It wants an assessed channel, and evidence of who received what.
Large extracts and backups don't fit through email anyway, and building a secure transfer service of your own for one client takes time the contract doesn't allow.

Protections

- Zero-knowledge, end to end
- Files are encrypted on the sender's device. DekkoSecure can't open them, and neither can anyone outside the share.
- Markings on every file
- Require a protective marking on every upload and message, so every delivery is labelled.
- A record of every delivery
- Every upload, view and download is logged, exportable as CSV or streamed to Log Analytics.
- Sign-in you can enforce
- Two-factor authentication, passkeys with hardware attestation and single sign-on for everyone in the tenancy.
- Kept only as long as you need
- Expiry dates on shares, and a data expiration policy that deletes files after the number of days you set.

Is DekkoCORE IRAP assessed?
Yes. DekkoCORE is IRAP assessed for Australian government information up to PROTECTED, and hosted in-country in Australia. It's also hosted in the United States and Canada.
Does the agency need a DekkoSecure subscription?
No. You invite the agency's people to your Hub, and they register a DekkoSecure account in the browser to take part. Their agency doesn't need a subscription.
Can we send files that are too large for email?
Yes. There are no file size limits. Large files go up in the browser or through the Upload Accelerator.
Can the agency play recordings without downloading them?
Yes. Share recordings View only, and they play back in the secure viewer with nothing to download.
How do we prove what we delivered, and when?
Every upload, view and download is logged against the file with the person, the date and the time. Export a file's history, or the tenancy's audit log as CSV.
